"My air conditioning wasn't working enough to cool my home so I called Central heating and plumbing. They came out the next morning promptly at 8:30. The man was very courteous and knew exactly what was wrong. He put on a new motor within about an hour and it worked beautifully and has ever since. I could recommend this company to anyone. "I called Central Heating and Plumbing to do work at my house. They made me an appointment for the following day at 2pm. I left early from work so I could be there for the appointment. 3pm came around and still no technician. I called the customer service representative and asked her what time the service tech was scheduled to arrive. She told me they were not coming and she had left me a message. I checked my missed calls and voice-mail and had no correspondence. She was obviously lying. So I asked again what time the could come because I had already lost time from work. She said that they stop working in an hour so they would not make it. I asked to speak to the manager/owner. She said he wasn't there. I asked her to have the manager call me. I still haven't received that call. Not a reliable company. Would not recommend."
