"My parents have been here over 3 years and this place is now the dumps when they first moved here it was wonderful these new owners are slum lords this place is filled with roaches millions of them the trash is out from the chute out into the hallways there has been no air no heat and no hot water Adam is a joke!!!! Every time I go to him he is sitting in the office texting on his phone and is never helpful someone needs to go there and inspect this building and help these people living there I have attached a picture of a pile of roaches my parents just swept up!!!"

"My 97 year old grandmother lives here. Her HVAC unit is leaking, her apartment floor us saturated with water. My mother and I have pleaded with on-site repair for assistance and I spoke with Maurice Rouse via email who informed me that the issue would be resolved however the water was vacuumed only and now the apartment floor is now saturated again. Make sure you check the HVAC system before considering. My grandma is now walking around her apartment in sneakers instead on bedroom shoes. This is no way for a veteran should spend her last days."

"Hi, Last week, I had an appointment with Christine White, property manager at Brith Shalom House in Philadelphia for my brother. What a pleasant experience, not only are the apartments clean, nice with huge windows and lots of natural light but they were spacious with great closet space and a nice size kitchen and bath. The public areas of the building were welcoming quiet and very homey. But the best part of the visit was Christine herself! She was friendly, helpful answered all of our questions and treated us like family! She introduced us to the staff members we encountered along the was and was very understanding with my brother who doesn’t walk very fast too. She even waited patiently when he had to sit a rest for a few minutes. As of the time of my writing this we are waiting for his application to be processed, and we are hopeful that we found his future home here!"

"They need to hire a professional management team who knows how to handle things in a amicable way. No class at all. Please get a real repair person and not some tall guy walking around patching up stuff thinking he intimidates people. Building has been going down for years now. Barely anyone living there at all. Most senior citizens have been bamboozled into paying rent monies that the judge ruled them not being to pay."
