"I just had a very unpleasant interaction with the staff of the Galman Group. I am a bookseller and ordered a book for a client who lived at Galman group apts. on Mt. Airy Ave. two blocks from Stenton. He has since moved but I mistakenly put his address on a package mailed to him. When I found the book had been mailed to his old address I contacted them to ask for help. They hung up on me. The person I ordered the book for then went with me to their offices on Mt. Pleasant and they told him over the intercom they couldn't help. They didn't even let him in to inquire.
