"While the company seemed fine- they are just a normal shipping broker- when we had a problem with substantial, expensive freight losses, they sent the bill immediately to the most foul, vulgar, inhuman collections agent who has ever gotten ahold of my personal phone number. We own 2 of 1M+ companies and our bills are paid, without delay. Period and always. The merit of your work is shown when things don't go as planned, in how you react. Unishippers' response was absolutely the worst. They do not stand behind their work and the collections experience was horrific, a day-ruining call."

"Do not use them for any sort of International Freight...They will not take responsibility for anything even though they are the BROKERS and the company you are paying. Had a shipment sit in JFK for a month and then returned damaged. We fixed it and they picked it up again. God only knows where it was but two months later it showed up on our loading dock again with clear instructions from UPS Cargo to return to sender because cargo was too long. But they took our Money as fast as they could....Went with another Freight Forwarder and no issues on the SAME shipment. Only gave one star because nothing lower will let me post."
