"I regret to inform potential renters about my negative experience at Quail Ridge Apartments. Firstly, be aware of many hidden costs not initially disclosed, such as an approximate $100 monthly Internet charge. My security deposit has not been returned within a reasonable timeframe, contrary to what's expected. Moreover, renters need to closely monitor their bills, as I've been overcharged for rent due to their oversight. The promotional pictures of the apartments are misleading and do not reflect the actual living conditions. Disturbingly, I've experienced a breach of privacy with contractors being given keys to my apartment, entering while I was asleep inside. This is a serious concern for anyone's safety and peace of mind. The leasing office operates with a lack of respect for tenant rights and privacy. Based on these experiences, I strongly advise against moving here. The combination of hidden costs, financial discrepancies, misleading representations, and unethical practices makes Quail Ridge Apartments a place to avoid."

"I had an emergency were the water heater all of a sudden started leaking water. I called the front office and they quickly reacted to my call by sending a maintenance person. The maintenance person quickly stop the running water and replace the water heater. Then they had an expert come in and setup a machine to gather the excess water and a machine to dry the padding and carpet. I was very satisfied with the quick action taken by the development and their technicians to correct the issue."

"I moved in just a few days ago with an intense schedule so still couldn't catch a breath out of it. But still, I would like to take this opportunity to post this review. This is simply the BEST move-in experience I ever had. I was amazed when I got my keys and opened the door into my new apartment. It was surprisingly so well maintained and prepared for my move-in that I couldn't even tell its difference from a five-star hotel room besides it was unfurnished. I am so grateful!! A special thank to the stuff who help me with the entire process from application to move-in. They have been extremely professional, straight-to-the-point, responsive, and helpful. I haven't got the chance to experience any issues yet. My fingers are crossed but at this point, if there is anything unprofessional about future maintenance or so, I would be surprised. Recommended! All the best!"

"My partner and I recently moved into Quial Ridge and are enjoying our experience so far. The place is cozy and the community is nice and quiet with nice people. Had a great experience with the process of getting this apartment. Ania from the leasing office was such a huge help. She always took the time to answer any questions we had and genuinely cared to help us find the best apartment here. She made the process easy and painless. The location is great and even though the apartment is a bit older, it’s still nice and cozy and you get what you pay for."
