"Been here almost 3 years now and it's pretty decent overall. They always come out when you have an issue and they are very respectful even when you are not. Not a bad price, no noise, and I can see they are trying to control the trash issues on the outside. Not bad"

"Very bad experience with mold, roaches, and mice. There is always an issue with the water every month in our building. I would give it a zero but that wasn’t an option. The property manager Tish is very nasty when you have these issues because they don’t want to fix stuff. She also lies about the issues in your apartment. Especially when you try to get help from the state or the township. This is not the place you want to live at. You can find a better place to live."
