"I applied for an apartment here and was told to come to bucks landing's office to pay an application fee. I was then told to meet a manager at Dutchess Estates to view the apartment where nobody ever showed up to show it. I called the office where I was told the apartment for the price I was told in an email was not even available. I basically paid a $40 application fee and was never offered an apartment. Very unprofessional"

"It was horrible and 1yr June 29th wensday 2022 I had a stove paint over a tub painted in and chips peeling in my tub problems with the heat it and then they give us a nonrenewal lease it was just horrible"

"As a current resident things at the complex when I first moved here 2ish years ago used to be a 3 ring circus and a church choir singing to a crowd of deaf people......summed up it was just a mess! Professionalism and communication with the office staff and residents was desperately lacking.....complaints and concerns were turned a deaf ear.....it was just plain ol rough! BUT!!!!...... The neighborhood is friendly and cozy.... the units were/are ABSOLUTELY beautiful and completely refurbished brand new EVERYTHING!!! From the appliances to the bathroom to the floors to the washers and dryers (both top and bottom units get their own personal set not community) placed in a fairly large shared storage area...everything so new that I had to remove the plastic covering and stickers on everything. The units come with amazing color scheme unlike the normal tan everything like carpet and paint you see in most other apartments. An amazing pallet of soothing gray and relaxing light blue with gray wood looking floors stretched throughout the apartment. The bathroom came with a pedestal sink and large round cabinet mirror and a large metal shelf for storage with space to hang clothes. Also my favorite part is the double sided window in the shower, it offers great light and really opens up the bathroom. Over the last few years this complex has made a complete 360! Now communication with office staff and even the property manager is easier then ever, complaints and concerns are addressed in a timely major if not immediately. Building parking has improved a great deal with the new system in place. Overall What stated as only a place to come to avoid my family being homeless has now turned into a cozy home where I can raise my amazing children and live very happily for many years to come. ☺"
