When I wasn't, their employee caught a tone on the phone. If your driver cant leave their house 10 minutes earlier to get my child to school on time, what is the school paying you for???"

"I had called due to living on a public road I understand that any parking spot is available. Now mind you in the winter we shovel and ice our parking spots and place chairs in front of our homes to secure our spot that we take care of during the winter. This driver in this van has rudely moved my chairs on to the sidewalk and parked in my spot. I had called company and asked very nicely for them to please speak with driver that he parks somewhere else on the road due to circumstances. They had called and said they would speak with him even after I left a nice note asking myself for them to park please in a different spot and not to move my property. I come home the next day and the driver had left a nasty response back with a note and AGAIN moved my chairs off the road to the sidewalk and parked in my spot I had shoveled and reserved. I had never in my life delt with such ignorance and disrespect from an individual let alone a COMPANY!"
