Mount Laurel Crossing Apartment 1 Larchmont Place, Mount Laurel Township, NJ 08054

"1.I have to sleep in my Dining room because the resident that Lives on the other side of bedroom wall walks so heavy my bedroom floor shakes at all hours of the night. I'm paying $2200.00 a month and have to sleep in the Dining room. Enough said with 1 Star given. Very upset. 2. The windows are Very Thin so you can hear Traffic when all windows are Closed from rt 537 if located like I am near Marne Highway. 3. Then you have the wonderful residents that Slam their doors at any hour even at 5AM 4. Been almost eaten/attacked by Large dog while just going to work in the morning. 5. Vehicles speed in parking Lot. Been almost in 5 accidents already. Management should install Speed bumps. 6. Trash is piled high outside apartments Non-Trash pickup nights like Friday and Saturday so it sits there all weekend till Sunday night trash pickup. This attracts Squirrels and rats which I have seen. 7. There are residents that bring their work home and Parking a front Cab of Tractor Trailer in far back of parking lot. Oh I'm wondering what awoke me at 4AM it was the Truck Cab returning to park. To even drive a Large vehicle into this community is just wrong and a Safety concern for others. 8. Poor job of salting sidewalks and steps when it snows. Fell and slipped on Icy patches coming out of 1800 bldg. 9. Some wonderful resident with a pick up truck starts their truck at 5AM on a Saturday morning revving the engine and then speeds out of parking Lot. Thanks for waking me up at 5AM on a Saturday. *** Only Positive is Maintenance is very good and responds to work orders same day or next ***"

"I’ve been here a while and really wanted to like it but just like another reviewer said trash piles up from Wednesday to Wednesday. They literally have two trash bins for the entire community only in front of building 1300. My neighbors above me are insanely loud. It’s literally animal behavior between the guy beating the girl along with walking across the floor like he weighs 300lbs. The guy is literally 5’6 maybe170lbs. When the office was told they do absolutely nothing. He is beating her at 2am, 8am and 6pm in the evening. The maintenance staff is probably the best thing here. I will look into moving or possibly breaking my lease because this just isn’t worth it. They also went up on my rent by $147. However my same apartment, allegedly without upgrades, was $1650. Meanwhile I’m paying $2000 a month for a one bedroom. If you thought about negotiating, don’t! They said their “investors” don’t negotiate rent. I’ve also spotted a few roaches in my apartment. Maintenance told me unfortunately im not the only one. Could be because trash for the community is picked up once per week outside of valet trash. What’s strange is that their sister community down the road is extremely clean with multiple trash bins throughout the property. If you thought your packages would be delivered to your door think again. UPS, Amazon and FedEx all deliver to your mailbox or leave your packages at the entry way to your apartment building. Wouldn’t recommended here!"

"I previously posted a negative review for the management but the Property Manager Su reached out to me about my review and she did her best to resolve my issue. She explained everything in detail and she made some offers to resolve the issue. I had no choice but to edit my review and give 5 stars for her efforts."

"Mount Laurel Crossing is conveniently located near a large shopping area, has well-maintained facilities, is a large community, has decent and unassigned parking, and is not too close but not too far away from Philadelphia. The staff here is very friendly – Su, Tara, and Melissa are so nice and welcoming! They provide realistic options to help you choose what works for you, and as long as they work at Mount Laurel Crossing, it is a privilege to call this community home! The maintenance staff is very responsive, and they resolve issues within a reasonable amount of time. They respect what you have in the apartment, even though some of the contractors they hire might not. Having a valet trash service is very convenient (with exception of a few times when they decided not to show up). The rent here is really high, but since the rent is really high everywhere, it is worth considering living here since they seem to provide more services per dollar relative to other apartment complexes / apartment communities."
