"My father was a resident of the apartments. When he died, we were required to clean the apartment before the month end. It is been 2 months since he died and I have not gotten back his last month rent and security deposit. Also management repeatedly messed up with his rent checks."

"Very good apartment building. It is being renovated all the time. There is a problem with a parking lot because a lot of people park their cars even if they don't actually leave there. The entire building does not have any kind of ventilation system or exhaust and because of this there's a very strong cooking smell from all apartments."
