"My wife and I loved living at the Edge at Yardley. The apartment was exceptional . It more than met our needs for 16 months while our house was being constructed. Joan and Barbra were always kind and generous and addressed our needs as they surfaced. The maintenance staff and supervisor were always prompt and addressed the problems until they were corrected. We only have good things to say about these people and their kindness and work ethic. We would be happy to recommend The Edge at Yardley to anyone needing to stay at this facility. "Edge is an amazing place for a future home .Its a very quiet place with very good community. The office staff is amazing.A special mention of Carly K. who was so accommodating and welcoming.She knew everything about this huge complex and took us on a tour (we paid an unexpected visit) I have been to lot of apartment offices but none of the staff have been this warm and welcoming.Well if we decide to live here it would definitely be because of her outstanding skills of hospitality and how she made us feel at home ."

"The Edge at Yardley is an awful place to rent. My husband and I moved in September 2023 being promised a newly renovated one-bedroom apartment. However, when we walked in upon receiving the keys the apartment had mold along all the windows with broken seals, a cracked bathtub that was falling apart, and humidity > 70%. We contacted management several times regarding our bathtub, humidity, and mold and they never answered our service request until over a month later. Their solutions were to give us a used de-humidifier, wipe off the mold from the windows with paper towels and spray, and paint over the cracked bathtub that cracked yet again a week later. We felt that they genuinely did not care about the health, safety, or happiness of their customers. We finished our 9 month lease moving out in June 2023. We scheduled an appointment for a walk through prior to move out and they arrived 45 minutes late to the appointment (we left work early for this appointment). We also moved all of our belongings one week prior to handing in our keys and the maintenance team started renovations on our apartment without us handing in the keys using our electricity and apartment as a storage unit for new equipment. We were also informed we would get our entire security deposit back, however only received $173 out of $500 for them to repaint the apartment. The Edge at Yardley is a scam and is only there to steal your money. Rent is extremely high (> $2200 for a one-bedroom apartment) and they overcharge for water ($150 a month for a one-bedroom apartment). These are only some of the issues we encountered living for a short period of time at The Edge at Yardley."

"We enjoyed our time living at the Edge at Yardley. Barbara from the rental office went out of her way to make the process easy for us and was so kind and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about her and the other staff. The schools and amenities were great as well! We'll miss living in Yardley."
