"Place is a complete joke. Lived here a year paying $2,000+ (rent+util). There is a “repainting fee” taken out of your security deposit even though we all know they aren’t using it for that. The AC would randomly shut off for days in a row and it’s very difficult to get in touch with staff, sometimes it took 3 days to get a response. 1 of our toilets did not flush, they sent someone to take a look and he told me he would fix our broken washer but “hes not the toilet guy”. Nothing works properly. I lived in unit 58 nearest to 78, buy a noise machine or will not be able to sleep at night. Overall laughable experience and they won’t last until they learn how to treat people."

"Never had any issues with the property management(Baldoni Management) or the owner of the complex(Park Valley, LLC) Erin and Steve are great property managers. The place was quite and my neighbors where great. You should be warned ahead of time that you will pay a $875 "painting fee" at the end of the lease and also you will pay for water and sewer which is on average about $60 a month(never had to do that in an apartment rental before). I was lucky to have a real estate agent who was very upfront with me about this and even agreed it was a bit insane. Still signed the lease and enjoyed my time there. It is a bit pricey for the area but it is only about 6 years old so everything was modern and new."

"We lived there for only two months. On the positive side,Twin Ponds was nice enough to allow a month-to-month rental while our house was being built, and management's representatives were always polite and easy to work with. While we knew this going in, prospective renters should be aware that there is no difference in rent regardless of location. We paid the same rent for a unit on the third floor (no elevator) facing a busy highway as a first floor unit facing a quiet pond. Also be aware that there is a re-painting fee when you leave. We did not hang a single picture nor put a hole in any wall. Apart from a smudge or two from furniture, the apartment looked as good as new. And yet our security refund had an $875 charge for repainting. After requesting that the company rethink that fee, we were told that it's "in the lease." I guess that makes it legal, but not ethical."

"Extremely overpriced for the size of these apartments. They also sneak in a $600 painting fee when you move out. You also have to pay not only the water bill, but also the sewer bill that no apartment charges for. They also don't make any repairs if something breaks. We had a problem with her toilet and they told us too bad it's our problem call a plumber. That's one of the benefits of renting versus owning you have someone else who can deal with the handiwork but not here. I wish I would have known these things before I rented. Hopefully this review will help someone else before they get screwed like we did."
