"Don’t do it! It’s like signing a contract with the dev**. I can’t stress enough how money hungry they are! It’s not only these apartments either it’s their entire management. It’s like their main goal is to put a judgement or eviction on ya credit. They will try to take you to court if you pay rent in two increment per month. They will make you pay lasts month rent. You have to continuously ask for a copy of the lease. The lease doesn’t really benefit you in any way. They will not notify you about water shut offs or if they’ll be noisy due to apartment renovations around your apartment. There is always a secret fee that they’ll try to get you with exterminators, rent payment, and everything else. I wouldn’t recommend. It’s easy to get in and difficult to get out!"

"Raising rent close to 25% when inflation is only 9%. Walls are paper thin and sometimes you can hear gun shots at night Reducing my review to 2 stars because they charged me $95 fee for a bounced check. That is triple what anyone else charges. Was able to resolve the issues above this I am updating my review."

"Amazing, Shimshee is the best! He works hard not only for the organization but for the customer/tenant too! I would definitely recommend renting through him…best experience ever!!! Maintenance is top notch, very responsive and reliable!"

"Here almost 3 yrs. I haven't had any problems with apartment. No issues with mice or roaches. Maintenance and management are really responsive. No issues with the surrounding neighborhood. I can honestly say it's not the building it's the tenants, it's an apartment bldg so yes the walls are a lil thin but some of these tenants yell and stomp around over your head and the hall ways and will steal your packages. Only issue I have is the increases annually to the rent they are a bit extreme."

"It was a good apartment complex but it has had its issues with bugs and mice. They usually did contact pest control to fix the issues. The maintenance worker was great and always helped when we called. The area is not very good though and gunshots can be heard a lot."
