"I'm not sure why my previous review was hidden after I edited in response to the owner's claim. I have written proof that shows my original visit indicated I want to visit both studio and 1-bedroom (not one or the other), and that the agent wrote back to me after the first visit saying the studio "should have been ready to show" (not under maintenance, not being cleaned, but ready to show). So here's my original post: I visited this place twice. The experience was horrible both times, I would never live at a property with such problematic management. First time, I signed up to tour studio and 1-bedroom at 3939, yet when I got there I was informed the building had reached "full occupancy" thus no more room to show. When I asked why I wasn't notified beforehand, the property manager Trina simply responded that she didn't know ahead of time. Really? You don't know who's moving into your property at all times? As it turns out later - after I wrote a complaint email - there was actually a studio ready to show, but there was some "miscommunication" in some sort of work handover. Okay, so I scheduled a second tour. For this time: -Another agent promised to be there in person, but when I arrived, it's Trina again. When I asked about the other person, Trina said, "well the other person is on vacation" (oh okay?) -Actual studio shown was completely different from the floor plan listed on their website. There was no wall to separate room and kitchen, bathroom is entered from the kitchen instead of the bedroom, just that everything was different. When I mentioned the differences, Trina initially defended by saying, "you must have been looking at the floor plan for 1-bedroom or sth". So I pulled out my phone to show her. This time she insists on seeing an imaginary wall. I briefly brought up the need to update their website, but she immediately rejected. I didn't waste more time arguing with her because this property has already wasted enough of my time. -Also, the tour was scheduled for 2:30pm. I got there 2:27 and phoned. Was kept outside waiting in the cold until 2:33pm while Trina "had to wrap up something". This was not the biggest thing, but everything altogether shows the lack of professionalism, basic judgement, and just general common courtesy of this property's management team. I cannot imagine living here at all and I would not suggest anyone else do the same."
