Lincoln Green Apartments

"Very poor maintenance team. Sink was overflowing due to neighbors using their own garbage disposal. Had to stay from work in order to get someone to fix it which took hours. After it was “fixed” i come to use my sink and my own garbage disposal is not working. Constant issues."

"I have lived here for 10 months and have been plagued with a rodent infestation for 8 of them. I have reached out to management numerous times and they have sent "pest control" and claimed to have treated my unit, and sealed holes. The first three times, I noticed a decrease in rodents. Unfortunately, the droppings continued to appear post treatment. The pest control company laid traps about 2-3 months ago and they remained untouched. I left my unit vacant for 2 weeks and upon my arrival, I was greeted with droppings on the counter, floor, couch, and my floor mat chewed up. I informed the leasing office and Mark told me they would get pest control to come out again. Lisa in the leasing office reported that the pest control came and stated that " there was no signs of rodents". The pest control company either didn't come or they are blind and know nothing about pests. I left the same droppings for them to see, but all they could say was that the traps remained untouched. In addition to leaving the droppings, I also sent Lisa a video of my apartment and got no response to that. I was then contacted by Mark in the leasing office called me and stated he would go into my unit and see the evidence for himself. I gave him permission to enter my unit as well. It has been 6 days since that call and I have heard nothing. I left my unit vacant for another 3 days and was greeted with new droppings on my bed and a shoe boxes in my closet. These living conditions are grotesque and I should not be subjected to living this way. I am not new to apartment living and have lived on both coasts and multiple states and have never had an issue like this. Lincoln Green and the pest control company they utilize continue to gaslight me into thinking there isn't a big issue occurring and that there is no solution. The reason I did not give them a 1 star review is due to the two helpful ladies at the front desk that have helped me the best they could."

"I like this community and all the amenities that it offers. Cecilly and Pomai in the leasing office are really friendly, caring, and responsive! I'd recommend Lincoln Green Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home!"

"Lived here for 2 years and this apartment complex is poorly managed to say the least. The management company "Chelsea Management" are rude and unaccommodating to their residents. Never available to answer questions or return calls. The apartment unit itself is cheaply made and I can tell was rushed, [flooring was uneven, appliances (ie dishwasher) never worked correctly.] Parking was a nightmare every night. I would not recommend this complex or any of the complexes run by Chelsea Management to anyone."

"Lived here for nearly 5 years. The staff is very good and attentive to any issues. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. I had so many water issues in my apartment. Unexplained water puddles, pipes coming apart, water coming through the ceiling, etc. I also had my kitchen skin making gargling sounds and pushing up water through the pipes. They could never figure out what was causing it! The apartment buildings overall are old and you can tell they patch up instead of fixing issues. If I had to do it again I would live somewhere else."
