"We had a Junior One-bedroom. There are certainly larger apartments to choose from in the complex. Some with balconies and up to 3 bedrooms. Very cute. Well maintained. Buildings are older but that means thick walls that help to minimize noise of other tenants. Maintenance and front office were responsive. Nice grounds and clean. Close to city. Safe area. Close to train. Extra storage for each apartment in basement. Only negative is the washer dryers are old and take a long time to dry (lots of quarters). We moved to get closer to work but would have stayed here otherwise. It was a good choice for the price. I would recommend!"

"Safe place to live. For the most part, neighbors are not noisy. Close to Arcadia and Westminster Theological Seminary. Accessible, yet somewhat secluded. Nice, small courtyard, good for young kids to run around in. Responsive maintenance team. One thing to note; if reliable laundry service is a value for you, know that the laundry machines at Hillbrook Apartments will prove disappointing. Washers are small and dryers do not dry clothing all the way. Some of the residents with balconies do dry their clothes on a line or clothing rack in the summertime. There are also several local laundromats one could use. In general, I appreciate living here and would refer this place to others."
