"I stay here because, I wanted to send my daughter to private school and the rent was cheap. The maintenance or management people would enter the property without notice. I would find cigarettes buds. I work long hours as a mail carrier, one night l came home to my apartment door wide open. I decided not to renew my lease and two months later they made up a bogus claim, that apartment had $400 in damages. If you move,there record everything ,about the apartment ,and when move video tape with a witness. They are frauds!"

"Well, I’m disappointed my application was turned down I work TOO HARD to get denied, I was looking forward and hoping to move in these apartments pretty soon, they are very nice and spacious, but the reviews are horrible and I tried not to let the reviews go over my head, but they are really accurate."

"Hello my name is Basirat I live in building G apt E is not safe in here , the entrance door is been broken for a long time . People that don’t live here come in out of this building covering their face with black backpack , I have call management and maintenance about this nothing was done . The resident safety is in jeopardy here in this building, I am emailing you regarding this issue , if we pay our rent we should be safe in here . In my apartment so many mouses and kitchen door all broken. Please can someone do something about it before it get worsening and go to the law . Thanks"

"I called on Tuesday to set an appointment for Sunday at 11am for a tour & the lady agreed… Today on Sunday August 12, 2023 I called ahead of time at 9am & got no answer. When I arrived to the leasing office it was still closed. This is highly unprofessional, if the office was closed on Sunday, why agree to meet me for a tour instead of say another day would be better??? No, instead she decided to waste my time & money to come up here to see the apartment… Don’t worry about it, I’ll look else where…"

"For over 3 weeks now my fiance and I paid $70 and did the application, in hopes of being approved to move in August 1st. We submitted all necessary documents, and we have been calling ever since to get an update on the application, each time we called no one answers or when they do they shut down our questions regarding the application with " you'll get a letter in the mail, or a letter was sent in the mail his has been going on for 2 weeks now. I have tried to ignore all the bad reviews in regards to the attitudes and mis management at this place, but I've now learned that all of it is true, the ladies at the front desks are very unprofessional,,it's always as if we are bothering them, they are not pleasant in the way they approach/speak to people. As a manager/supervisor in my profession, I wonder where is the head of this establishment do they not see the impressions they have as the face of their business or they just don't care, why can't we even get a simple response whether we are approved or not. Well, we've already started looking elsewhere so a response is irrelevant at this time."
