"Moving into Shirley Court Apartments has been a such a smooth transition for me. The Property Manager Emiah is absolutely amazing. She continues to impress me on a day to day basis with how understanding and supportive she is. Any problem I have had regarding maintenance has been fixed day of or the day after. Everyone that works here is kind and respectful. I personally work very late at night and feel very safe when traveling from the parking garage to my building. Every tenant I have interacted with has been very welcoming and kind. I have and will continue to recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable, clean and friendly environment to live in."

The unit was renovated. The pricing is fair. Any maintenance issue that comes up they are on top of it. They have double which is amazing. The neighbors are good. I dont have any complaints at all."

Emiah in the leasing office, the maintenance and custodial staff that I've encountered all have been very responsive & courteous. Any issues that I've had were addressed promptly."

"I’ve been here for 3 months now and I really love it. The management is always available and ready to assist you with any needs. Not to mention they’re friendly and understanding. I couldn’t have asked for an better property manager than Emiah, she’s literally the best. Coming from an apartment north philly where they were different types of rodents, insects and terrible management/landlord, Shirley Courts is like a breath of fresh air. I haven’t had any complaints far as bugs or rodents or anything because they make sure to continuously have the buildings exterminated. I like that they have a parking garage for the tenants right under the apartment buildings and it’s easy access to get in & out. They also have laundry facilities under the apartments buildings as well for less than half the price of the neighboring laundromats. You can tell they have repainted and updated every building/apartment because everything in the apartments looks upgraded and modernized. I love how no apartment looks the same, each has its own layout and design. I honestly love everything about my apartment and wish I would’ve moved here sooner. For me, it’s definitely worth the price for everything you get. The neighborhood is a nice, quiet, friendly area and everything you may possibly need is right at your disposal. The photos on here doesn’t do the exterior or interior any justice, it’s really nice looking in person. Do not let the negative reviews turn you away, Shirley Courts is really a wonderful place to live."
