"As an owner, investor and former tenant, I can’t see how anyone would choose them. They must be the only property mgt company in the area. From an owners perspective they don’t answer the phone- one time we had a sewage backup caused from another unit, which could have caused a ton of damage. Also their turnover is horrible, our stove didn’t work and the unit was super dirty upon move in. From a tenant perspective they typically keep $450 of your deposit for “cleaning and repairs” which they barely do."

"I lived at the 12 North Main Street APT nothing but leaks floods and mold dinningroom leaking every time it rained first leak was in hall closet my husband lost his dress shoes nothing was done it flooded again leaking in to the second bedroom light fixture nothing was done but the three major floods were when the ceiling leak happen it destroyed my nephew that past away photos that I had. Nothing was done last two flood I lost all my furniture living room furniture dinningroom furniture I lost everything and had to start all over no matter how many time I call in and reported damage they never came out not even if you complain they ignore you very bad company rittenhouse property management. My neighbor lived there for two months and moved out because of a flood. I would give minus 50 stars"

"I wish I could give them negative stars... I lived in one of their units for about 2 and a half years. It was, by far, my worst rental experience ever. They did not even have keys for me the day I was supposed to move it. They had to have someone come and change all the locks in order for me to get in. They then asked my 93 year old neighbor to go make a copy of her key for the front door to give to me. The apartment was not even cleaned when the I moved in and was infested with cockroaches. They had to send 4 different cleaning companies out to get it some what decent. Still not even clean after all that, I had to rip all the grout out and redo it in the kitchen because it was full of what I believe to be roach droppings. They had the building wired wrong and I was paying for my neighbor's electricity. They had five people living in their unit, while I lived alone. They offered me $400, when my bill went from $250 a month to $30. I could go on and on about how awful, unprofessional and completely unorganized this company is, but I'd end up writing a novel. Beware, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!"

"I do not recommend renting from this company. I contacted them several times about possible rodents in the walls and ceiling. They said they would look into it. Months passed and the noises continued. Mentioned it again, they claimed they had no idea. Still no one came to check it out and the noises persisted up til the day we moved out. Our front door didn’t latch correctly so even when locked, wind would blow it open unless it was deadbolted shut. These are heath and safety hazards. They even tried charging us for things that were not our fault. From day one, our fridge had cracked shelves and a broken drawer and they are trying to pin the blame on us. In addition, our building has one washer and dryer for 8 apartments. If you need your laundry done, you’re better off going to the laundromat. Renters beware! The price may be low compared to other places around the area but trust me, pay a little more for high quality apartments and you’ll thank yourself later."

"This was my first apartment I’ve ever rented so I kept my expectation low on what to expect in my price range however this company was very misleading on the details of the apartment. I was told that I have laundry on the facility when none of the laundry units actually worked. I was also told that we had parking for tenets only when in reality the other tenants in the building took over the parking lot with their cars and their friends cars so we had to park on the street every night pending there was parking available. If there was no parking we had to park almost a block away. I made this known to the realty company a couple times yet nothing was done. It made it seem like I was more so renting from the other tenants in the building and not from the company. The cabinets in the kitchen were also outdated and falling apart and seem to be only held up by Velcro strips. Also we had three broken windows that would not open and one that leaked every time it rained. In the year that we were there, maintenance only fixed one window despite us complaining about all three of them. At the end of our lease, I made sure that the apartment was spotless and thoroughly cleaned and they still took half of my security deposit claiming it was for cleaning. When I first moved in a year ago we had to clean the apartment because it look like no one cleaned from the last tenant yet they’re claiming that they took half my security deposit for cleaning. I have tried calling them over and over and leaving messages to talk about my security deposit in my experience and they refuse to answer the phone or respond to my messages. I do not recommend that anyone rents from them, or if you do let it be known that it is not what it seems."
