"Valley High is truly a wonderful place to live. The outside up-keep of the property is always well maintained - beautiful landscaping. This property is conveniently located and easily accessible to all parts of the city. The Property manager (McKenzie) and maintenance team are absolutely amazing. Any issue or concern I've had has always been addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. It makes it worth renewing for another year - going on 4 now. It is greatly appreciated to have a property management team that actually care and take pride in providing the best living experience to their residents. Thank you Valley High!"

"Maintenance here is fantastic. They have a system for after hours maintenance emergencies that actually follows up with you and does so in a nice fashion. They are fast and they are NICE. ALWAYS! I would say they go above and beyond and help you in any way they possibly can. Example: When our heater didn't work correctly over the holidays, they brought us heaters and managed to do a major replacement during holiday hours while STILL being pleasant to be around. They deserve all the recognition they can get. Thank you for everything!!"

"As a young business professional in the Philadelphia area, I would say this complex is very safe, quiet and spacious. This location is very accessible to all major highways, less than a 20-minute commute to the Parkway/downtown Philadelphia and is very convenient due to being down the street from a shopping center (5-minute walk). You still have access to all amenities and free fitness classes at Summit Park which is awesome! Not to mention, Morgan who is the Property Manager. :-) She is so proactive and always on top of everything. She was always quick on email responses and acted very quick on any maintenance issues that may have occurred. She is welcoming and always keeps you updated on any events happening in the common area. This is my 2nd time leasing an apartment through her, and she made the application and transfer process effortless. I am not from the area, and she made me feel so at home! Sad I am leaving. :-) Nobel the electrician was so insightful and very efficient with his work. He also lets you know what may have caused the problem and the temporary or permanent solutions that may be available. Super personable!!! Valley high is the perfect blend of city and suburbia. :-) Happy Hunting!"

"I just moved in two days ago, but I had a fantastic moving in experience. The apartment was extremely clean and had all new blinds and outlet covers, you couldn't even tell that someone lived here before me. I was very happy moving in. My second day I came back home and was unable to open my front door, it turns out the new lock was put on crooked. I called Susan and she was able to have the maintenance man, Omar, come over immediately. Omar was able to get my door open, and didn't leave until he fixed the door so the issue wouldn't happen again. The apartment is beautiful, and Susan and Omar are both great!"
