"Extremely disappointed as I have been waiting for half the day, from 10 AM until 2 PM for someone to come out and measure 3 storm doors for my home. Of course they have not shown up and they never called to say they weren't coming. I called all of the customer service numbers. I even had a representative call the store for me and the manager said I have to come back to the store in order to cancel that order and be refunded.. No one could get me in touch with the service that comes out to measure and all they want me to do is waste my time further by going back to the store for a $40 refund! Unacceptable."

"My wife and I ordered a delivery a few days ago. Only half the order was delivered and so we had to make a trip to pick up the rest. The man who was running the pick-up order was NOT wearing a mask and was insisting that people roll down their windows so he could lean towards the car and into their faces to talk to them. This is VERY DANGEROUS behavior and is putting people at risk. With the delivery error and this experience I will be AVOIDING Home Depot in future."
