"I'm adding to my original review below. I'm still unhappy that I have not heard from anyone at the main company but here is my understanding of this company: This is a dispatch service. You call them and they dispatch an independent technician. If I had known it was that kind of service I would not have used them. The handyman they sent is very nice but my issue is that there is no recourse if I am dissatisfied. Though to be fair the technician came back to my house and said he'll fix the issue. I will update this review further if that happens. In the meantime I remain concerned that the originating company has yet to explain why their phone service has no record of my work and that their phone connection made it impossible to talk to them. ________________________________________________________ Original Review (all of this is still valid and concerning): I have no idea what happened here but I believe we might have been terribly ripped off by this company. I called them back because we were not happy with the painting job (see photo attached) but they have no record of my work. The person who did the work insists that he was disappached by G&Z. The phone number I am calling sounds like an underwater connection and now they are just hanging up on me. I asked to speak to the owner but I can't seem to find someone to explain what happened. Please see just one photo of the paint and repair job. All I want is for them to fix this but I'm not sure who to talk to."
