"Lived here years ago. Tracy the manager stole our money and put us on evicted. We didnt know since we bought our house after we left there. We found years later after we ran our credit for something and it came up. Very traumatic. Like she literally used our identity to fraud people. Look up an old news clipping Tracy Totten if Im not mistaken. This made me question peoples integrity"

"I do not have enough words to describe the management, especially Liz whom I dealt with. Easy to communicate with, very responsive, professional, understanding and so helpful. So I called Hollow run management looking for the apartment, at that time they did not have any available apartments, I explained to Liz I really needed to come in since I loved the apartments and they were close to the daycare and WCU. She promised to get back to me whenever something came up. I went ahead looking for another apartment. I wasn't sure she would call back.,one week late Liz called me and informed me that 2 bedroom apartment had come up and I needed to apply, I submitted my application and it was approved within a day, and I signed the lease. only for my Employer to assign me duties in a different state. I was so worried about what will happen to me that I signed the Lease and paid a deposit. I called Liz immediately and notified her of the changes. Liz told me not to worry, she said they will just return the apartment to the market and once the new tenant paid the deposit they would refund my deposit 100%. I gave it time and in less than 10days Liz emailed me that someone else applied for the apartment and paid and my deposit has been refunded. Within 2 days I received a cheque with my full refund. I can say this was beyond my expectations. THANK YOU LIZ, THANK YOU HOLLOW RUN MANAGEMENT."

"I called this apartment by accident and hung up b/c I couldn't stay on hold. Liz pulled the abandoned call and called me back. I thought I was calling a different place, but she was so friendly, so even though I thought I didn't want to move all the way out here, I asked her to tell me about her apartments since she was so kind to call me back. I am so glad I did!!! I was pleasantly pleased with the pricing for a two bedroom, especially in this area. But I was even more sold on Liz and Laura. They are extremely helpful and so friendly. They walked me thru the entire process so effortlessly. Even the maintenance man is very friendly and helpful! My son is special needs, so I was put on a wait list. The wait list came a lot quicker than I thought it would, and they reserved a private entrance, ground floor apartment for me and my son. I rented this site, unseen, only a virtual tour. Because of how great I was treated throughout this whole process, I wasn't even nervous about that. The apartment is bigger and better than I even imagined it would be. The whole complex is clean and quiet. The laundry room, storage, and trash is clean and kept. I could go on and on. I am extremely pleased and have recommended this place to all of my people that are looking for apartments."

"Wonderful little complex and apartments are nicely sized and priced accordingly. Complex was recently bought out by an actual leasing company (Westtover) and the changes have been so wonderful. Staff is friendly and the buildings are actually getting taken care of now. Updates to the units are always happening and the property itself is seeing many improvements over the last year. Quiet neighborhood and they seem to do a good job not renting to trouble makers."

"This was my first apartment I moved into and I loved it. I loved the staff... Holly and Liz and Laura are awesome. Dave was a very good maintenance guy as well. Whenever I had an issue he came the day of and would even check up on the issue throughout the week to make sure things were okay. My only complaint would be sometimes the hallways would smell bad but I’m not sure if that is completely the leasing offices responsibility as people come and go and they don’t control that; maybe a weekly cleaning could be done in hallways to get rid of smell if not done already but it isn’t that big of an issue overall. I just really loved the staff and they were so helpful answering all of my questions all of the time. I loved the size of my apartment and the neighborhood. I’m low key when it comes To apartments so this was great for me. I loved how my friends and parents could visit me and there was no issue with parking. I’m gonna miss the staff very much and my apartment and I am hoping to lease with them in the future if I need to. I am very grateful for the support I had from the staff especially when I asked so many questions!"
