"I'm living in the point at west chester for about 2 years,this place is amazing,you got everything you need here,theater,pool, game room, gym,etc... the apartment inside is perfect, beautiful kitchen,a really big master bedroom with a large walking in closet, really nice bathroom, laundry room inside the apt ( that's my favorite lol, it's horrible when you have to go out to do laundry). Community is very quiet and people are very polite here. Staff are always very friendly and very helpful. I love this place"

"I lived at The Pointe for 4.5 years. It would have been another year if I didn’t have to relocate for work. I met so many great people here, some who are some of my closest friends. The office staff (Lexi and Chris especially), maintenance staff, and everything else are amazing. The best part is the dog park. Thank you to everyone at The Pointe for making my last 4.5 years so memorable and such a good experience. I will miss this place and highly recommend it to anyone."

"I just renewed my lease here at The Pointe, I love living here. Great location, great amenities, and great neighbors. The office staff is very helpful. I love the monthly social events they have. When Lexi asked me if I got a new dog, I responded that I was watching my mom's dog while she was in the hospital. She later followed up to see how she was doing and gave me something to bring home for her while she recovered. So nice! Great place to live."

"Our experience while living at The Pointe was great (2 years). Lexi was always very helpful and the maintenance team attended any issue promptly (only a couple maybe) and they were friendly. It is a pet friendly community with a dog park which is a big plus. Our pup always stopped by the office to get some treats from Lexi and got really excited. The amenities are good overall."

"We moved out at the beginning of the pandemic and they were very accommodating. They were gracious enough to extend our lease by a couple of months in order for us to figure out our arrangements for my new job. Also, my girlfriend had her stimulus check mailed to the apartment and Lexi from the Pointe was so kind to call us and offered to mail it to our new address!! They went above and beyond for us. It may be pricey, but the staff is excellent, the amenities are great, and the units themselves are very clean and appealing. The maintenance was also done quickly and professionally through a portal. I highly recommend the pointe to anyone looking for exceptional services/amenities."
