"We’ve been living here since August. The community is filling up which has been very nice. Lots of dogs and a good mix of young couples families and older people as well. Amenities are high quality and staff is top notch and friendly. Some community events too which is nice as well. Only con is the rent system is a little confusing on explaining charges with a new lease icentive being baked into the cost. Also some people don’t pick up their dogs poop which is very rude"
"Moved in last month and were blown away! Joseph was an amazing tour guide and made us feel at home as soon as he met us! He walked us through every step of applying and was there to answer any questions we had at move in. He is always super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure we have the best living excitement at Sanatoga Greene. We love it here! Thanks Joseph!"
"We moved in here in August when they had an amazing move in special that we couldn't pass up. Joe in the leasing office was a great help with the move in progress. The amenities are amazing from the pool and the grills and smoker to the valet trash service (no more dragging out bags of trash to the dumpster in the freezing cold). I would recommend this property to any one looking to move to the area."
"This has been such a smooth process from start to finish. Joseph Lynch has been great all around in helping us decide that this location was the one for us. He was quick to respond if we had any questions, if we wanted to see the actual unit other than the model, compare units to each other and was knowledgeable on any additional fees if there were any to make sure there were no surprises. The unit we’ve picked is beautiful along with the location and we are super excited to be moving in. Although he may have been very busy with tours he made sure that we were taken care of and we truly appreciate it and I will say he is definitely a major reason as to why we picked this location. Thank you Joseph."
