"Horrible! DO NOT LIVE HERE! They pull you in with all these promises that they never follow through on. My fridge broke twice and all my food was ruined, they wouldn't reimburse me. They charged me for having a cat even though I repeatedly told them I don't have a cat anymore. They didn't finish the building in time so we moved in with no water, and the lobby looked like a Saw movie! They don't tell you when they are going to come in you apartment (they have walked in on me in the shower). The apartment wasn't finished so the floors are the original floors which is whatever (they are covered in scratches and paint - I had to wear socks to avoid getting splinters) and they had the nerve to charge me to fix the floors. They refuse to answer your calls of emails if they know that something is wrong. I had a maintenance request in for over a year about the AC which they continued to ignored. They are cheap and will do anything to get more money out of you. They are always doing construction and clearly don't have money (which is why they try so hard to take yours) because there have been notices on the doors from the construction companies threatening to seize assets. So what ever you do - DON'T MOVE HERE! I think they like to rent to students because they know you don't have time to fight with them. We specifically told them to please be nice to us during neuro, to not surprise us with anything. Well they did. They gave us one week to sign our new leases right in the middle of neuro. More than half of the building are students and we all hated it so much that we had a huge group message venting about all the horrible things they do."
