The monthly rent includes water, sewer, weekly trash pickup, and electricity (up to $150/mo. for RVs). We also provide free community-wide Wi-Fi, Comcast cable television, high-speed internet services, and all 50 amp service.
Our residents enjoy the country feel of our community while still being close to schools, shopping centers, and employment centers. The park manager is highly praised for promptly addressing any issues that arise. With easy access to S.R. 6/11 and being in close proximity to the Marcellus Shale, New Fortress Energy LNG Plant, Williams, and other pipeline projects in northeast Pennsylvania, Tall Timbers Village is the ideal location for those working in the natural gas industry.
Our fully furnished RV sites come with living room sets, kitchen appliances, bedroom sets, washer/dryer, TV with Comcast cable, and wireless high-speed internet. Residents can also enjoy gardening in their own home garden. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and welcoming community, with all residents screened through a third-party background check.

"Good place to live. People are great and help out there nabers."
"My wife and I have been here over 20 years and we never thought we would be here more than a couple of years, and the reason we stay is because, it's a community within a trailer park and what we mean by that is the people are great!! Plus I can go hunting on Park property and the Park manager spent his own $ to make a community garden. Great school district with small class sizes get and within 30 minutes to at least 5 higher learning institutions. It's a little over 20 minutes from the Scranton area. Have to mention that they are in the process of tearing down old trailers and putting brand new ones in, at least six brand new and slated to put that many or more this year 2021(updated post) and we've decided to put a new one in also. That's how much we like it here!"
