"Worst apartment complex I ever stayed at. Within a week of moving in, sighted mice in the apartment. Kitchen cabinets had left over trash from before move in and were stinking. Management is not helpful at all. After moving in found that the dishwasher doesn’t work, it would get clogged and all the dirty smelly water was out on the floor, so requested the property manager to get it fixed. Even after multiple reminders no action was taken. Eventually after putting in a request through their website after which someone showed up. They even deducted my security deposit ($160) for an unclean kitchen and bathroom which I felt was wrong, given the fact that it wasn’t clean in the first place when we moved in. Felt like this place is so overpriced and just trying get money out of its residents. They talk very nicely during your tour but don’t live up to it after you move in. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here."

"⚠️ CAUTION ⚠️ DO NOT RENT HERE. I’ve allowed my grievances to simmer before I wrote a review in order to have a clear mind and look back on the situation. We had lived in this poorly maintained apartment from June 2020 - March 2021. My biggest issue with the apartment was that it was infested with mice. Please do not disregard the previous reviews as not a big deal like I had, thinking since I kept a tidy home it wouldn’t effect me. I kept everything spotless, but had mice droppings on my counters every morning from them coming from behind and through the stove. I heard them chewing in my walls right next to my desk while working from home. I accidentally touched a dead one when unloading clothes from the washing machine. If you live here, I recommend you pull out and look behind your stove for droppings, as both myself and my neighbor had HUNDREDS behind the stove and underneath the fridge. If the health hazard wasn’t enough, you always had to worry about going out to the kitchen at night as the mice would scurry right over your feet. My second grievance, was that the property management did the absolute minimum to resolve the issue. The infestation lasted from October until we had moved out in March because we could not deal with it any longer. In an email in March discussing my disappointment in the reluctancy to get the issue fixed after 4 months, property management had said “This is apartment living.” This is merely one example of dozens where horrendous and lazy property management had failed to acknowledge the issue as a serious issue. As I had spent hours on hours just to get them to get an exterminator to come out on a regular basis and had to fight with them to get any little thing accomplished. Their “fix” for the holes in the walls was an unappealing foam application, of which the mice would chew through in just a few short days. If you’ve made it this far, you may feel like this is just a rant to get back at the management company. I can promise you, this does me no benefit other than to help prevent other people making the same mistake I had by living here. The ONLY good things about this complex was the maintenance crew and the location. When looking for a place to stay, I bid you to read just my few examples of a terrible 9 months and the other reviews of people who have lived here, and stay away before you get stuck in a lease. *This post has been edited since Google now allows pictures, please view.*"

"I had a bad experience living here. Overpriced for nothing but i eventually realized i was being ripped off. A friend of mine moved into a 2 bedroom a year after me and was paying less than I was for a one bedroom. This is not to add how rude, disrespectful and a horrible communicator Gene is, with zero human compassion. The stairway was always dirty despite the monthly $80 maintenance fee, it was probably cleaned only once a month with dog hair all over. I was very happy the day I moved out, and would not recommend this place to anyone. But for those who love it, happy for you guys."

"I really enjoy the quiet atmosphere and the people are very nice. But the poop bags need to be filled and unfortunately I just broke my foot and I’m not sure how I’m going to get down the stairs outside of my apartment because it’s not handicapped accessible, only temporary for me. Other then that nice area."

"Moving here while waiting to relocate to another State has been a very pleasant experience for us. The apartment building units are spacious and the grounds are extremely well maintained, the staff are very friendly and accommodating and the management team are continually working on improvements to the facilities they offer to residents."
