I have called 5 times and left 2 messages and noone calls back...i have left 1 with Georgette and another with i believe her name was Christy...i can understand ur busy but dont u have a secretary? All I want is an application if I can get 1 faxed cmon ppl answer the phone"

"You have to record every encounter with them. Keep a paper trail of every incident between them complaint everything. I wouldn’t even say I know who to call for all the unfair housing laws they breaking how many hud regulations they go against how many people they may homeless. They need to shut this Housing Authority down!"

"I recommend you record and video tape every conversation you have with the housing authority. Especially the inspection department they will mix up your housing unit file with another tenants and expect you to pay for another tenants damages and filthiness. This is what i am going through at this minute. And when you go about it the correct way for them to fix their error , they brush you off or ignore you but still want you to pay. Watch yourself, video tape your home before and after. They are very sneaky. God bless and have mercy on their souls"

"I don't want to give them any stars at all honestly. My experience with this company has been HORRIBLE. These people had me drive six hours with a newborn baby to fill out some paperwork last minute only to have me wait another hour because they were going on lunch break. How sad and inconsiderate is that. Then sent me home telling me I would be contacted within 2 weeks once a unit became available. Well a unit became available within two days in which I was contacted last minute and told I had 24 hours to come back down there. I dont own a car, I don't have any family or friends and I spent close to my last getting up there the first time. I contacted Georgette and made her aware that I was unable to make it that particular day due to transportation but assured her that I could come the following down on the train (the train runs once a day at noon) so I would only be able to then make it out there. You would think these people would understand and be a little compassionate but they were NOT. They were VERY NASTY and rude to me and told me if I couldn't make it that day by 2pm then that was "my lost". I thought this company was about helping? No, instead they are about humiliating people. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone this was the WORST experience of my life."
