"I love to make bacon candy with the hickory smoked thick cut bacon. Just mix up some brown sugar and cayenne pepper, press one side of the bacon into the sugar mixture, lay it sugar side up on a baking sheet and bake @ 375 till its crisp. Drain on paper towels and let cool to room temperature. Go ahead and try to eat just one! OMG YUM!"
