"Expect to wait for doctors in a room over 40 minutes. Very slow. Everything is slow here. A lot of families arrive late, because they know they're going to wait. Things get worse and worse over the past years because now more families arrive later than their appointment time. Ah, I almost forgot! After all that wait you'll see the doctor for 5 mins."
"I really like both dr.Pratt and dr.Theide. They are very smart, professional and most importantly carrying. Every time we visit the office, I feel that they genuinely try their best to help my children. They like their job and I see this office is about children at first as well as supporting to parents. The front desk and nurses are all super nice as well. I like that there is always same day appointments for sick children and they try to accommodate preferred hours for the parents. Doctors call back relatively quick when the office is closed and even at night! They always call back to check on my kids after sick visits and remind us when regular check ups are due. I always recommend this practice."
"Wonderful staff and doctors! The front desk, nurses, and doctors always greet us by our names every single time. My 2 year old loves going to the office to just hang out and play with the staff. Definitely will return with my second son. Looking forward to introducing my second child to the team! And best of all, the office is only five minutes away from our home."
