"A horror story: After many attempts over a two month period the end result is no heat at all. Installed parts failed and everything went cold enough times for my tenants to start looking for a new place to live. Each time Circle Mechanical showed up my costs increased and surpassed all reasonable expectation. The final visit was obscenely overpriced: Install circulating pump -- $334.33 Move 3 thermostats to a better location -- $660.44 Parts and installation of three 3' baseboard radiant fins onto pipes already protruding from floor -- $1,606.85 After eight visits between Nov 19th to Jan 25 and heaps of money thrown away I find that Circle Mechanical helped me waste a lot of time and money while my tenants froze. The bills added up to several thousand dollars. I didn't get a quote for the biggest bill they handed me and had no way to guess that they would charge me so much after failing to diagnose and resolve my furnace issues while my tenants lacked showers and heat for weeks at a time. I had to make endless apologies, discount my tenant's rent, and deliver space heaters to them all on top of paying Circle Mechanical to visit the building 8 times over a period of 2+ months. I expected them to identify the issues with my furnace within one or two tries, give me a complete and accurate quote and get me up and running within a total of three visits, not eight visits with freezing weeks in between. For the amount I was charged, they should have been more helpful. My experience with Circle Mechanical took my money, time, and reputation, while teaching me a painful lesson."
