"I have been taking my daughter to this office for probably seven years… Around Covid time if he came impossible to get an appointment so it’s easier to go to Xpress care for minor problems. I currently need a referral and their office is terrible about making an appointment, terrible about answering the phones, and completely lack Any kind of sympathy for patients! I had an appointment which I had to leave work early for and unfortunately was running 10 minutes late. They canceled my appointment and just said it was up to the doctors.. I ONLY NEEDED A REFERRAL!!! I can’t wait to have this piece of paperwork in my hands then I can actually find her a doctor that cares!"

"My daughter had an appt to discuss ADD rx for my grandson. The vapor was scheduled for 3pm. Due to high winds and excessive holiday traffic, my daughter called to sat they were running 10 minutes late. The receptionist stated that they must reschedule, even after my daughter stated they were coming fri Salisbury, md, 3 hrs away. Dr Merrits also said they must reschedule. This is unconscionable. My daughter took a day off from work, used a tank of gas and pleaded to keep the appt. She will find another physician for my grandson."
