"I will recommend Dr. Donkor and his staff for many reasons. I have been going there now for 9 years, and all my four children look forward to their visits. He cares about their well being all around, and checks in on their life goals and so forth great bedside manners. I was referred to him by my sister, and I have been their ever since even after I moved from Columbia I make the trip there. His staff are always very helpful and polite."

"Very disappointed !! My children ages are 14,11, and 6mos old. Dr Donkor has been their pediatrician for 10+ years. Well I recently brought my 6mos old in for a wellness checkup and unbeknownst to me there was a left overbalanced that was not paid with our primary insurance. Mind you this balance is from my sons first visit and he’s been seen since and they never mentioned this bill anytime during our last visit three months ago. I then provided them with our secondary insurance and they called to verify. Ok. Well! I was then told (by the Receptionist as well as Dr. Donkor) that my son is 100% covered for this visit but he can’t been seen until the balance is paid and my secondary won’t pay it because it’s past 90days. The balance is for $150, an amount in which I was not prepared to pay that day. so my son was turned away. This is the first time I have ever had a unpaid bill with this doctor!!! So let me get this right.... you know my sons insurance will pay 100% for this visit but you will turn him away for a $150 balance that I am just now finding out about. This experience alone tells me that Dr Donkor is in this practice for $$$$$ not the wellness of our children!!! Run when you have the chance!!!! I rate this office at 0"

"If given a chance I would rate him a "0" We went here for the wellness check of our new born after discharging from hospital. He has done nothing during the visit and asked to come back after a month. We went to a different place for second opinion and found that our child jaundice levels are high. Thank god we acted quickly to get second opinion instead of trusting him. I am not sure how the ratings of this place are good with his poor care. I will never see this place again!"

"Dr Donkor is a very knowledgeable doctor. He is also very pleasant and his staff is awesome. I have three children that He has seen since birth and they are now 14, 13, and 10; now he sees my grandaughter. He is by far the best pediatrician in Columbia."
