"Stole my money by closing the store yesterday during morning rush 1/22/2024 after i already ordered food and drink via the mobile app. They posted a sign to go through the drive thru but that would make me late for class so I didn't have time for their nonsense and couldn't get my order."

"I love this Starbucks! Everywhere is super nice and thoughtful. Even on behalf of the morning rush they remember my refill order and will bring it to my table when I forget it for too long. I like getting here early to find a decent table to set up my computer and do some work next to an outlet. They do have a drive through that moves very fast but the line can get very long. Highly recommend this location!!!"
"I frequent this Starbucks as it is the closest to my home, And i have become somewhat familiar with certain staff that i encounter. Henry is by far the most polite and accommodating person i have encountered in the food service industry, especially when it comes to fast food. There has been a multitude of times where i have left this location feeling so appreciative of the consistent service and care i receive here. If by chance, an order is incorrectly made (which is rare) Henry, and others always ensure that the issue is rectified without making me feel like a burden. I appreciate the staff remembering my name, or details of which drinks i enjoy. This makes the entire Starbucks experience 10x more enjoyable and i look forward to trying new drinks in this type of welcoming environment. If i could recommend a specific location to anyone in the area it will always be Gatehouse Starbucks."
"I ordered iced brown sugar shaken espresso it was ok but the worst part is the amount of ice comparing to the size of the cup and the drink was literally two sips ! This was like scamming because they filled the cup with ice to the max so there is no more space to put the drink in so basically i end up paying for the ice only so please give better for what people pay for and also i was ruched I didn’t pay attention until I start drinking"
