"Driver was prompt. I was not told in advance about cash only so I had to find someone to drive me home before my procedure began. That added some stress to my morning. To be fair, I'm used to Uber who does everything online including payment. I have to say they called me that afternoon."

"Please note this is a remastered review of an old incident, but my review hasn't changed. Around February 2020, I called at 2:15 PM to get a ride to Rossnagle's to pick up a recently repaired auto, as my wife needed the car for her night job. I was quoted 30 minutes tops. An hour later, at 3:15-no one came yet. I called back, and was told that I called him just 15 minutes ago. Really, now? Despite being civil until it was no longer an option, I pointed out the brutal truth about his misrepresentation of the facts, but kept it clean nonetheless. For that he told me my ride was canceled and not to call back. His story and his attitude was, to keep it clean, pure bovine droppings. As well as very unprofessional for a business. I called one of his competitors, and they came to the house in 10 minutes flat. They are now my go-to whenever I need someone. See how that works? St. Phillips Taxi And Limo-when you definitely, positively DON'T need to be there in a half hour (or any other time.) 0 out of 5."

"I called the night before to arrange a ride to the airport at 3 am he gave me a price and told me to make sure I was there and they would call to verify in the morning.......straight up left me there with there phone off. Thank God for Ann with roamin' transportation with a last minute request. Don't do business with people like this"

"Awful service. The driver was extremely rude, didn’t know where he was going even though I gave them the destination during my booking call. The used the destination to give me a price, but somehow didn’t know what it was when he got there. He kept cutting me off and speaking in an aggressive manner. He drove erratically and got lost multiple times. What was supposed to be a 26min trip ended up being an hour. This is why Lyft and Uber are pushing taxis out of business. Too expensive ($60) for terrible service."

"I would not recommend this taxi service. I booked a pick up the day before and the driver did not show up. I called the company and no one answered. I ended up using a different local taxi company that came right away. I called again later in the day to complain of the no pick up. To give the owner credit, he did apologize profusely and offered a 10 percent discount on my next trip. Unfortunately for him, there will not be a next time from this customer."
