"1st I had to keep calling the number back for someone to answer my call. Once I. requested a cab, I was told my wait time would be 45mins or less! I ended up waiting 1hr. My issue is why? Why is there an 45 mins wait on a day or evening with clear weather? How many cabs do they service? Two for the entire section of lower Montgomery County? Never again! I am only going from Jenkintown to Mt. Airy! 15 mins tops!"

"I called for a cab. It took a couple of minutes for someone to pick up. I then told the dispatcher my destination and she said a cab would be about 5 minutes. Five minutes later the cab was at my door. The cab was clean, the driver was courteous and American! I already knew the route and the driver did not take me sighseeing. It was a totally positive experience. 11/28/2014"

"Contacted company at 5:15 pm for a Taxi. Dispachers said within 30 minutes a Taxi would arrive. 30 minutes later called..Dispacher said..we have a change of shift getting you a driver..10 minutes later called..driver on way..10 minutes later called..I said where is Taxi.????checked and he was LOST..NO GPS`` you are in the direction business... 6:45 we see taxi driver back n forth passing us as we stand in the street with an Iphone flashlight..not once but 4 times..7PM, YES... I am crazy for believing the Taxi would arrive. Have missed a 6pm meeting. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A Saturday NIGHT lIVE SKIT..... Hopped in friends car and drove! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN! BETTER TO WALK!!!!"

"DO NOT RIDE WITH THIS TAXI Company. I took this home from a show at the Keswick to the Mainline. COSTLY MISTAKE!!! Tipped the driver nicely. Walked in my front door & realized my phone was in the taxi and began calling my cell & tracking it via the icloud "find my phone feature" within moments of getting out of his cab. The driver shut off the "find my phone" feature 1 mile from my house. I called the dispatcher Eugenia who said we couldn't do anything until managment was in on Monday. On Monday morning both my husband and I spoke to James the manager & the assistant general manager who tried to deny I was even in their cab in the first place. Unfortunately for them Eugenia had already confirmed all the information. Then they used the "we are not responsible" We asked to view footage from cameras in the cab, management denied cameras are in cab. Cameras are clearly there. Driver # 58 is a thief. Not only is the cabbie a liar and a thief, the company is run by management w/ no morals!"

"There is a huge problem with Montco Suburban Cab Company--it refuses to accept reservations for service on a specific day and time. What sounds like a small detail actually renders the company fairly worthless. Most of the times we need a cab involve having to be somewhere at a specific time, and this means having the assurance that we'll leave the house by a certain time. The second problem is that what they promise and what they deliver are two different things. When you check with them they will say insist that the absence of a reservation will not affect the service. They insist that if you call back at the precise moment you need the cab, there will be no problem with their taking care of you promptly. The reality is quite different. When you call and say that you need a cab NOW, you get put at the end of the queue, and you’ll need to wait however long. Among other things, the lack of reliable transportation to the Glenside train station means I cannot avail myself of the direct train to the airport that leaves the train station once an hour, and I must use far more expensive alternatives. Last week they kept me waiting at the Glenside train station when I returned from a trip so long that in the end I just walked home."
