"In 2021, I purchased a Husqvarna Automower 435x AWD. Within a week of setting up the boundary wire and spending $980 for it, the 435x AWD malfunctioned due to a problem with the knob control. Despite three warranty repairs, the issue persisted. Eventually, the dealer informed me that this particular model had a factory recall and a new knob had been designed. I returned the product and lost the money I paid for the boundary wire($980), and $125 for the Finance Charge. I had previously lost money on a boundary wire and decided to purchase a new model with all the latest features and updates. After waiting and watching for two years, I finally received the 535X AWD. Unfortunately, this model malfunctioned after less than two months of use. The technician diagnosed two issues: a faulty power supply and the need to replace the command board, which was out of stock. Now I spent $4,350 on a broken Husqvarna machine and want to return it for a refund, but no one will take responsibility and they keep passing me around. "I bought an Automower from someone else who "professionally" installed it, and it gave me a new problem each week for 2 whole seasons (that's over the course of 2 years...). I never had it run long without some problem happening. Frustrated, I changed installers and brought it to Holly @ Eastern. She fixed all of its issues it in just 2 sessions (because we had to let it run in between and see what else it needed). It's pretty clear she knows what's she's doing, and she always responsive and willing to help. I can drop off the mower and have it ready same day. Don't underestimate how important your installer is folks. Automowers are pretty precise robots that need to be installed and maintained properly. You can install it yourself, but after seeing what you can run into, I think it's better to have someone who is competent (key word) do it the first time around."

"Dropped my Husqvarna zero turn mower off with an oil leak. I was initially told it would be 3 weeks before they could look at it. So I called 3 weeks in to find out status, gentleman's response was it was up in the shop being worked on. I called in the next Friday, to get same response from a female receptionist in the office, but would give me a call after checking with the shop. Never heard from her, so I called the following Tuesday and she had my paperwork in front of her and sump gasket needed to be ordered. The next 2 times I called over 2 week period, she was just getting ready to get on the Internet to look for gasket. 7 weeks in, I finally said if my mower is not in parts in the shop I would come pick it up. The next Friday, 8 weeks now, I call again and woman stated mower was together I could pick up, and that she had called and left me a message. She never called my phone or left a message. They had it 8 weeks and never once called me. By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company. I picked my mower up on a Friday, woman behind the desk called up to shop to have someone get my mower out. So I walked up to shop, it was already outside, and a gentleman was sitting on it ready to start it. I asked him if he checked oil as it had a bad oil leak. His response, "It does?" So I checked oil, put on trailer, and left. I drove from there directly to Shade's Equipment in Winchester. They called me 3 days later with problem and estimate to fix. I had mower back in less than 2 weeks."
