"Stepford wives Maintenance is terrible Mandi I think her name is she is never around to help. It’s all concrete, the floors uneven. Don’t buy or rent. Also my unit is now getting mice. I took the dead ones in a bag to Maddy - there are 2 holes behind the washer and dryer they exterminator wouldn’t fix said maintenance needed too. Have yet to get anyone! I guess if your paying out of your pocket that’s what it takes. Unfortunately my home burned down … so who knows everyone’s making money and I’m killing mice"

"New manager is doing a great job so far. Returns emails promptly. Car wash is back up and running; no longer a storage area for the maintenance crew. Pools are open and the gym. Gym was updated during covid closure. Hoping they will redo the clubhouse/office area... very, very outdated. Doesn't match the beauty of the outside of the building and units."
"We lived here for a year and everyone was always fantastic! We had water damage issues shortly after we moved in and everyone was super helpful in making it right. We would have stayed longer but we decided it was time to buy a house. We LOVE this neighborhood and the people that live here are wonderful too!"
"Been here 2 years.......nice and quiet.....great pools and the clubhouse is awesome !! Close to everything. Great maintenance and office staff. They have ALWAYS been friendly and fair to us. We decided to move across the street to a larger apartment this month. They have been very accommodating to our requests (nothing crazy) and we expect to live here for a long time. We highly recommend living here."
