Our 6 person limousine was clean, classy, and easily accessible and quite roomy for our 4-person wedding party and our photographer. Our driver, Richard, was prompt, professional and very kind to assist the ladies in our party getting in and out of the vehicle. "We have used Vogue multiple times for company Christmas partys and everytime we have been thrilled with the courteous and professional service we have received, as well as the quality of the 3 different vehicles we got to experience.(2 party busses and a stretch hummer)With that in mind I booked a small stretch for my first wedding anniversary as a surprise. Rick our driver showed up early and was as kind and professional and we could hope for. The ride was comfortable and smooth, the provided champagne was delicious and the napkins and decorations matched our bridal party's colors which was a nice touch.(they asked lots of questions when I booked to make it the best experience possible). I can't wait to use them again for our future events. Shout out to Larry and Terry for giving us the same wonderful customer service we aim to provide at our company."

"We rented the Pittsburgh Trolley for our wedding on 3/27/21--Russ was our driver. We knew that we wanted Vogue Limousines from the Pittsburgh Wedding Expo back in...2018? Or 2019? Regardless, we spoke to the owner at that expo, who was absolutely amazing. We fell in love with their story, their customer service and the trolley itself. The communication prior to the wedding day was phenomenal--we were incredibly excited for the experience with Vogue! The interior of the trolley is also an experience--absolutely beautiful. Russ (our driver) seemed to be a bit stressed the entire day. He kept reminding me that our groomsmen were about 15 minutes late, which made him late to retrieve the bridesmaids. In addition, the pop inside of the trolley was hilariously stale...it became a joke for us all; however, there was no pop on the trolley that was drinkable. I let Russ know that we weren't distraught about this in the slightest. What was a bit frustrating was that from our final photo destination to the reception was about a 10 minute drive in the trolley; however, it took Russ about 35 minutes because he kept taking scenic routes and detours. We were leaving from the hot metal bridge and arriving to Olive or Twist--about a 5 mile drive, 10 minutes was generous. However, 35 minutes later, we had to get out and walk about .2 miles to Olive or Twist due to something being wrong with the transmission. This was completely fine for everyone besides myself (in a giant dress, and my disabled grandmother, who was really, really struggling). Again, the day was beautiful, and the Vogue experience was fantastic, just the day-of execution was a bit off. No apology for having to evacuate the trolley and walk the remainder, but again, none of this was a giant deal, just a bit unpleasant for the service, price and quality of the experience. Russ texted me later to thank me for the card and tip that we gave him. All is well! I would highly recommend them, as I do think that these technical concerns about the pop being stale, and Russ being a teensy bit on edge/stressed were just due to maybe the stress of the transmission blowing. We will be utilizing their services again happily if we need a driver for any occasion in the future!"
