"I have lived in this community for almost 3 years now. The maintenance is awful. I have had the fan for the HVAC running for 2 months now. I requested them to fix a leaky window it was done incorrectly at least twice and a leaky ceiling (or leaking in the apartment above) was not fixed correctly at least 3 times. If it weren't such a hassle to move I would not live here."

"I have lived here for a year and enjoy a beautiful apartment, beautiful view and very nice neighbors. Shopping and medical are are actually within walking distance. And if you need anything from the office or maintenance, your call or request is always taken care of in a timely manner. I love it here!"

"Reading everyone else's reviews I am not sure where to start, but I guess with the pros/positive aspects and continue to cons. Pros: They have a dog park, and are close by restaurants/stores and that's about all I can say over my 1.2 years of staying in this apartment. Due to Covid I could not give a realistic review of the pool nor the workout facility. Cons: So to start the 300 down deposit on the apartment DO NOT EXPECT TO GET THIS BACK. I want that to be up front now with everyone reading this review even if you clean the place to perfection they will make up excuses(see pictures below). I spoke with the property manager and I told her the only problem there would be is the blinds as my dog did chew one of them and they told me it would cost 75 dollars which was fine and I told them I would make sure everything else was spotless. To my knowledge that is why I paid 250 dollar dog deposit ( This included any destruction by him which we were honest and paid even though we had three months left on our rent before we left knowing it was un-reimbursed, but I guess it did not cover it supposedly), and 300 dollar rent deposit. Other then that the place was flawless, but they tried to make excuses about a grease pan in the stove (which is probably 10 years old at least), and the shower needed an extra wipe down which was a bold face lie, but you can make your assumptions from the pictures below as how we left the apartment). So supposedly after all that it totaled to 550 dollars and then an additional 145 dollars I still owed on utilities that they were sending to debt collection. I told them I never received a call or email and asked why they didn't take it out of the security deposit or pet deposit. The property manager said they would have taken it out of the deposits, but after all the expenses I noted above they had charged the full 300 & 250 and I still owed 145 outstanding on utilities. The also blamed the reason on no calls or emails to be regarding on this was the transition to new management of the property. Overall: I suggested several people to stay here, but after how everything ended I will not be suggesting this place to anyone."

"I lived in the CW apartments for 2 years. I really enjoyed my time at this community and I would definitely recommend it. Management is professional and fair. I never had any issues with feeling like they tried to over charge and they were available when needed. Maintenance is great as well. They are quick to respond and always leave notices when they enter/leave your unit. The property is beautiful. It’s so lush and quiet in the area and we loved it for walking and running. You will see a good amount of wildlife in the community - deer, rabbits, squirrel, even turkey now and then. We also loved the dog park though it could use some lighting. I’ve seen complaints about the quality of the interior. We had the granite counter tops and plank flooring so we were pretty happy. Anytime something wasn’t to our standards as far as function goes, maintenance did all they could to resolve the issue. My one complaint was the office was often not open when I was on my way home or on my way to work so I couldn’t pick up packages. Their office hours are pretty standard though. They could definitely improve the gym equipment. There was an out of order piece that needed to either be repaired or removed."
