The Estates at Seven Fields

"Living here for the past five years has been very enjoyable. Along with the actual townhome, which is spacious and very comfortable, the staff has always been helpful whenever an issue arose or simply just saying Hi as well as being so kind after losing my dog. When needed, which has been very minimally, maintenance has always fixed the issue quickly especially when our hot water heater went in Dec. but we had a new one in less than three hours."

"We have been living at the Estates at Seven Fields for over 18 months now and we love it. It has everything you would expect in a modern townhouse/apartment complex including a clubhouse, swimming pool and exercise room but it also has sidewalks and a small dog park. The location is excellent, especially if you like walking. The entire town of Seven Fields has sidewalks. You can walk to Giant Eagle, Rite Aid and a couple different restaurants. The community of Seven Fields has different events such as a wine and music festival, annual carnival and food truck nights. But the best thing about the Estates at Seven Fields is the people. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly, professional and always there when you need them. We’ve also met some really nice neighbors. If you are looking for a great place to rent I highly recommend coming out and meeting with the office staff and driving around the complex and surrounding neighborhood."

"We have lived here for several months and think it’s a great neighborhood! We’re super close to everything and can even walk to Giant Eagle. My kids love going to the playground and I feel safe walking around. We are in a 3 bedroom townhouse and it’s very spacious. The leasing office is always friendly and easy to communicate with. They take care of any problems ASAP."

"From the first time I met with Jolayne, she was nothing but incredibly friendly, helpful, and more than willing to help. She took the time and effort to show me many places within the community that would fit my needs during a difficult, transitional time for me. Over the last year, it’s been a great place for my girls and I. I’ve bought a home and will be leaving soon, but I wanted to leave a quick review. The location absolutely cannot be beat. The maintenance staff is second to none - they are prompt, thorough, and fix everything completely. In April, my hot water tank blew and water gathered on some of my personal belongings - maintenance took care of it immediately and replaced my tank by the end of the day, along with ensuring none of my belongings were damaged. 24 hours later, you would not have know it even happened. My girls loved the pool and loved being able to do some post-dinner swimming this past summer. I’d recommend this community and their staff!"

"We have had the opportunity to live in a townhouse for 4 years. We can’t say enough positive things about the Estates. Jolayne & Stacy in the office are so helpful and professional. They are always available and respond quickly to any requests. The grounds are well taken care of. It is a quiet and safe community with wonderful neighbors. Ron & Jim with maintenance are amazing. When we put in a work request it is taken care of immediately and their work is perfect. The community is conveniently located to restaurants, hospital and shopping with Giant Eagle a short walk away. We would highly recommend living at The Estates at Seven Fields."
