"Well supplied, but the tall dude at the counter has a nasty attitude. Literally rolled his eyes the whole time I ordered something and did the same for the following plumber. Customer service is Ideal when it comes to supply houses, yall have no idea what us plumbers have to deal with sometimes. He was working Sept 3 around daytime. Needs to be reprimanded not coming to this location anymore…"
"Like the latest review said, if you have an accent you are treated unfairly and are made fun of behind your back. Meanwhile, the joke is on them because you are aware and can fully understand them. Try treating your customers with respect no matter what background they come. My sister went with my father to check this place out and ended up taking their business card to show them that she was going to be the bigger person while being treated unfairly. If it was me, I would told them to shove up their a**. Too bad I can't give them any stars........."
"Any time I walk in the store this crew is super unfriendly . pretending to not understand what 3" elbow is .and saying it's illegal .not sure what makes them rude to customer . maybe upper management allow it . bottom line if you have an accent do not go there .they treat you like a dog and make a fun of you . worse place ever ."
