"I do not recommend and I can’t say that strongly enough. When I decided to join the firm I was told that they would review my last three years of returns, one year later and after various emails and conversations that review still is not completed. I have only been a client for 1 year, and, because of their high turnover rate, I went through 3 different CPAs at the firm in less than 12 months. Each new CPA did NOT review my file nor understand my tax situation. It was like starting over each time. Also nobody called to inform me any of the times that my CPA left the firm. Nobody reviewed my return with me before they filed. It was done last minute and haphazardly despite me sending in all of my info well before the filing deadline. Once I finally got my return I reviewed it and noticed a lot of mistakes. It took a month to get a response from them on the mistakes. They needed to file a revised return. After months of following up via email and phone calls after I did not get my refund I had to write a strongly worded email to the firm just to get a response. Turns out they never filed my amended return 6 months after the initial filing date. As a result my amended return was not filed until November of this year and it turns out they messed up again and I was not getting a refund, but I owed. They do not respond to emails and good luck getting a call back. I do not recommend this firm and I strongly suggest you do not use them."
