"Good people. Good service. Lady in the office has pretty handmade jewelry. Better than waiting for a Lyft or Uber that never shows up. Uber/Lyft doesnt even refund their drivers for fuel used And doesnt pay the driver to get back to the home area. Taxi service is better even though it might cost more than Lyft/Uber"

"Set up cab rides to work all the time. I set up a ride to work and two nights in a row the driver never showed up to get me and didn't even call! I would definitely try somewhere else before using them. They are the last resort for sure!"

"Not very dependable as I planned on using Phil’s to get home after dropping off a rental car and the phone number is out of service. Currently enjoying a nice 5 mile walk home. Thanks Phil!"

"I was stranded in Sharon, Ohio at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Called this place for over an hour straight during their business hours and no one answered. Dependable should be removed from their business name. Was told they were the only ride in this ghost town by the waitress, and she was shocked that they never picked up.. Luckily, a complete stranger gave me a ride back to my hotel. Uber wasn't available in this remote area of Ohio either."

"Second day in a row they had no idea about a scheduled ride I made earlier in the week. Second time I will be late to work because of this company. They just lost a $50 fair 6 days a week. That's over a thousand dollars +tips a month you could have made for a simple one way ride, nice work. Should change the name to Phill's unreliable taxi."
