"The managers Ralph and Debbie Harrington have let these apartments go way down hill. There's too many apartments vacant. They are extremely lazy and do not replace faulty appliances if I'm not mistaken is against policy. My apartment flooded due to their negligence did not help clean up the mess nor offer an explanation. My stove half worked which Ralph stated he would replace but did not and I paid for 2 elements for it out of pocket! Tenents complain constantly about they're incompetence. I do not recommend these apartments as long as they are still managers."
"These apartments are kept clean and well maintained. The atmosphere here is calm and relaxed. Its a good living community for small families. Very nice."
