"I moved in here in April. The apartment was nice for the first 5 months. Now we have mice or what looks to be rats. Took two weeks for anyone to show up to close a hole behind our kitchen sink which was not closed fully and now we have another in our kitchen. We can hear them in the wall. They need to be more on tact of fixing things. Apartment itself is nice just need more maintenance and things properly fixed. Our apartment door has a gap underneath and lets air in."

"Not happy with management at the moment. They will not return your security deposit. Mold..bed bugs and roaches. Sewer backs up in basement... floods laundry rooms. Washers are always breaking down and black mold in washer rubber gaskets. They do not have janitorial service. Carpets reak and floors are filthy. People have lived there over 10-20 yrs and the company will not give you new paint to refresh your apartment. Nor gives you new carpet. Place has gone down hill in the last 5 yrs. You cannot get ahold of the real property owners. The number that they give you is bogus. Don't for Petes sake move there."
