"Horrible place. The landlord doesn't listen and is extremely horrible, disrespectful, and downright unprofessional. Some of the items in my apartment fall apart so easily— like the paper towel holder literally ripped out of the wall...; the walls here are so thin.. you can hear your neighbor walking up and down stairs.. Never have I once been giving good service from this place. The landlord can't follow his agreements on the papers or comply and understand situations."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The office would constantly call and say that they didn't receive rent and I would have to show copies of my statements to show that it was set up as autopay BY THEM and withdrawn...on the 8th AS SCHEDULED. NOT PAINTED when we moved in...dirty walls, I had to clean it prior to moving in., moved out, they withdrew money 8 days after they retrieved the keys...had to show proof that there was communication with the landlord and the keys were in fact picked up??? A week later, office is still not working on getting my $$ back. STAY AWAY PEOPLE, DANIELA"

"Landlord is very unprofessional ignores maintenance requests, I’ve been asking about weather stripping in my doors since last winter (my electric bill is about 300 a month) and no one has ever came. Talked to neighbors and also found out there is mold growing in some of their units as well as mine. Walls are very thin. Can smell neighbors smoking cigarettes and in the downstairs 1/2 bath you can smell the neighbors as well. Was super stoked to move into these apartments because they look very nice. Don’t get trapped and over pay for a place like this."

"I lived there for about two years.. super nice, I'd say the only downside is the noise. The walls are very thin, understandable, it isn't their fault. Id rent again."

"If I could give this place a zero I most likely would, however The schools save it. Make sure you know about the snowmobilers path behind the complex (the noise) the walls are super thin I could actually smell my neighbors smoking weed ALL day... but my best advice would be to take very thorough pictures when you move out because they pretty much took my whole deposit except for $30.00 I was charged $50 for 1 pair of blinds and painting/paint and the best part was I paid a maid to come in an clean and they charged me another $275 for 9 hours of cleaning........... but the painting of the whole place was a joke especially since it was not even repainted when we moved in from the previous tenant. They basically used my deposit to repaint the place due to normal wear and tear and also from the person before us. We were ripped off BIG TIME stay away from this place or do your homework take move in pics. Because at this point I have no proof to go back and fight for my money back"
