"My grandmother lives here. The property manager, kit, is always rude. The elevator only works half the time and there are people who cannot use stairs as much as they are required to. They dont upkeep the property, the roads weren't plowed until 3:30 am and many cars got stuck in there. The sidewalks haven't been touched, and my grandmother fell. She lost her keys while falling and asked the property manager, kit, for help getting in as she is on several medications and needed to get in to get them, and she was told no and to go to the hospital if she needed medicine. God forbid an ambulance would actually need to get there, im notnsure how they would. This is not the first time we have had issues with this lady, she's threatened to raise my grandmas rent out of spite. She's been rude to me and my kids, she's awful and making it an awful place to live for everyone there. If you have other options, use them. You do not want your loved ones in this property!"
