"This "extended stay" hotel hell is infested with roaches in certain rooms, rooms are about the size of closets, it's terribly managed with ever changing cost and fees, there is little to no maintenance to speak of, and lastly all the old paint is chipping exposing lead paint underneath everywhere creating a very unhealthy environment to eat and sleep. The living conditions are deplorable. It's surprising the Health Department hasn't shut the place down."

"Tried calling several times to get a room, no answer. Left a voicemail. No phone call returned. I took it as a sign this was not a good place and reading the reviews my hunch was probably right."

DONT FIX NOTHING ROOMS ARE DIRTY NASTY BATHROOMS ARE DIRTY .THE PEOPLE THAT RUN THE PLACE WHEN YOU ARE NOT HOME. THEY COME INTO YOUR ROOM AND STEAL YOUR FOOD AND WATER. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS MATTER. THE LAW AND CITY HALL AND THE POLICE. SURE CHECK INTO IT BECAUSE PEOPLE WORK HARD MONEY FOR THERE MONEY AND GO OUT AND BUY FOOD AND WATER AND THEY IN YOU ROOM TAKE IT YOU GOT NOTHING EAT NOW NOTHING TO DRINK NOW. YOU PAY YOUR RENT YOU THEM GOOD AND DO EVIL THE OWERS DONT CARE YOU LET THIEFS RUN THE HOUSE THEY WONT LET YOU HAVE NOTHING WAIT TILL YOU LEAVE A GO IN YOUR ROOM AND STEAL .SICK SICK PEOPLE. THE OWERS PARKHURST MANAGEMENT POOR MGT. ALL THEY WANT IS THE RENT. THE PEOPLE NEEDS HELP THEY CANT MOVE THEY POOR PEOPLE THATS WHY THEY DO THAT YOU HAVE TO THEY MESS OR ELSE GET OUT"
